This concert is NOT a cabaret as has been traditionally held for the past several years.
The NMGMC will be partnering with two other New Mexico choruses to present the Southwest premiere of The Drop that Contained the Sea, a classical crossover by two-time Grammy award-winning composer Christopher Tin. A ten-song cycle that focuses on a Sufi concept that likens the way every drop of water contains the essence of the sea and how every human contains an essence of humanity, the work will be performed in multiple languages and will be presented at the gorgeous Sue Cleveland Concert Hall in Rio Rancho. The work will feature professional soloists and orchestra.

V. Sue Cleveland High School Concert Hall
The Concert Hall at V. Sue Cleveland High School, Rio Rancho New Mexico opened in January 2010 and is recognized as being among the very best of it's kind on a national level. It was specifically designed to perform with uncompromised acoustical excellence for solo artists to large groups. Some recent appearances have included guest performances by world class professional entertainment such as the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra, violinist Mark Woods, and the US Air Force Jazz Ensemble.
*** We recommend ordering from a desktop computer to choose your seats. The option to pick or choose a seat is currently only available on a desktop and cannot be done from a mobile device. If you order/register from a mobile device, you can only purchase your seats with the "best available seat" as determined by Eventbrite. This means you will not be able to pick your seat, but you'll be automatically assigned to the best seat available. Start by choosing a Quantity of tickets in the Tier you prefer. You can later change Tiers after viewing the map if you wish.

Accessible seating—wheelchairs
On the main floor, the seats in Section 2, Row R that have a WC in them are empty spaces for wheelchairs, and they have adjacent seats for companions.
On the third level (which can be reached via elevator), the seats in Section 12, Row D and Section 14, Row D that have a WC in them are empty spaces for wheelchairs, and they have adjacent seats for companions.
Accessible seating—walkers
On the main floor, all of the seats in Sections 1, 2, 3, 1B, and 3B can be reached without stairs. The aisle seats obviously are more accessible for someone using a walker. But for seats in 1, 2, and 3, the walker would have to be stored in back by you or one of our ushers. There is space in the aisles near 1B and 3B to store walkers. The seats in Row R with a WC as part of the seat number are empty spaces for wheelchairs and have adjacent seats for companions. Because there are so few of these in the auditorium, we hope you will leave these for persons who use wheelchairs. All of Section 4 requires using stairs.
On the third level (which can be reached by elevator), Sections 12, 13, 1nd 14, anything in Row D can be reached without stairs, although again the ends are most accessible. The seats in Row D with a WC as part of the seat number are empty spaces for wheelchairs and have adjacent companion seating. Again, we hope you will leave these for persons who use wheelchairs. Despite the way it appears on the seating chart, Row E requires a step up.
Also on the third level, the seats along the side of the hall in Sections 10 and 11 are easily accessible without stairs, and they have both excellent views of the stage and a wide aisle in which walkers can be stored. All of the other seats on the third level involve stairs to reach them.
There are no walker- or wheelchair-accessible seats in the Tier 3 seating area (Sections 15, 16, and 17 on the third level)
Also, a heads-up about selecting seats. For reasons that are beyond our control, if you access the ticketing system through a mobile device, the ticketing will select for you its estimate of the best available seats in the price tier you choose, and then proceed to checkout without giving you an option to change the seats it selects. Unfortunately, it's estimate does not include accessibility. So, if you want to select seats, whether accessible or not, you must do this from a desktop or laptop computer.
