Concert Sponsorship Packages include advertising space in our concert programs.  Advertisements are sold as part of a Concert Sponsorship and are not sold separately. Information about deadlines, graphic sizes, and how to submit those graphics is below.

How to Submit Your Advertisement Graphics

1) Design your ad graphics according to our Ad Specifications:. 
  • Submit appropriately formatted PDF, Photoshop, TIFF, or JPEG Files.
  • Minimum Resolution of 300 dpi to ensure high-quality printing. 
  • We accept Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Files as long as all fonts have been outlined and any linked artwork and/or photos are included. Microsoft Publisher files are also accepted. 

2) Email your ad graphics by the specified deadline.
