This page contains help information for in-person concerts which we are not able to have during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All seating is now reserved when you purchase your concert ticket. 

*** We recommend ordering from a desktop computer to choose your seats*** 
The option to pick or choose a seat is only available on a desktop computer and cannot be done from a mobile device. If you order/register from a mobile device, you can only purchase your seats with the "best available seat" as determined by Eventbrite.  This means you will not be able to pick your seat, but you'll be automatically assigned to the best seat available.

Where's My Tickets?

Individual Tickets purchased from the website are emailed to you from orders@eventbrite.com. If you do not receive the tickets in your Inbox shortly after placing your order, then please check your email's Junk or Bulk mail folders. Please add orders@eventbrite.com to your email address book to ensure delivery to your email's Inbox.

Season Ticket holders will receive an email receipt from Square shortly after they purchase their season subscription, confirming that they have purchased tickets. We will follow this up within a few days with an email message that describes how season ticket holders will receive tickets for each concert. This email will come from the email address shown below.

Add to your email address book to ensure delivery to your email's inbox.

​​Approximately 4-6 weeks before each concert, and before we begin selling individual tickets for the concert, will reserve the best seats available for that concert for season subscribers, based on the order in which season tickets were purchased. If you are attending the performance at the Lensic, your tickets will be available at will-call there the evening of the performance. If you are attending a performance at the Hiland or other venues, the Eventbrite ticketing system will send the subscriber tickets for specific seats for the concert. If you do not receive your tickets by two weeks preceding the concert, then please check your email’s Junk . . .(etc.).

Other Info: All tickets are generated through the Eventbrite ticketing site (Season Tickets, Sponsor Tickets, and Individual Tickets) and are emailed from orders@eventbrite.com. If you do not receive the tickets in your Inbox shortly after placing your order, then please check your email's Junk or Bulk mail folders. Please add orders@eventbrite.com to your email address book to ensure delivery to your email's Inbox. If for some reason you still do not receive your reserved seat information, you can give your name and/or order number to one of our volunteers at the auditorium when you arrive for the concert. They will be able to confirm that you have purchased tickets and provide you with information to find your seats.

Charges from Eventbrite

The way the charge appears on your statement can vary if the purchase was made online or on-site at an event. If the purchase was made online through our website, the charge on your statement typically includes "EB * [[EVENT TITLE]]" and "ALBUQUERQUE." If the purchase was made on-site at an event, the charge typically includes "EVENTBRITE" and "ALBUQUERQUE."
