"Home for the Holidays"
A Virtual Concert
Join us as we look back and remember the joys of holidays past. This special virtual concert features new performances of some of your most beloved songs from our past concerts as well as a few new, soon-to-be favorites. Because there’s no place like home for the holidays, whether that’s in person or in spirit.
We had two virtual performances of our concert on December 12 and December 13. But don't worry if you missed it! You can still watch them using the YouTube and Facebook buttons below.
Normally our in-person concert tickets would range from $20 to $45. We appreciate any donation you can give to help keep the New Mexico Gay Men's Chorus singing during these pandemic times.

5/10/2020: We were forced to postpone our spring performances of “Unbreakable” in late March and early April. Our original plan at that time was to combine “Unbreakable” with our annual Pride concert in mid-June. The Board has come to the conclusion, however, that indoor concerts are not likely to be allowed that soon, and it’s unclear in any case if rehearsals for a chorus of our size would be allowed early enough for us to be ready to perform by then. Obviously, the health and safety of both our members and our audience is always paramount. So we have reluctantly made the decision to postpone that concert to a later date.
NMGMC continues to work with our performance venues to find dates later in the summer or early fall, in the hope that we can present a second concert this season.

3/12/2020: The New Mexico Health Secretary issued a public health order temporarily prohibiting mass gatherings in New Mexico that bring together 100 or more people in a single space. This means that the upcoming Southwest premier of Andrew Lippa’s UNBREAKABLE will not occur as scheduled. While we are sad at the present postponement, the health and safety of our audience, volunteers and members continue to be our priority.
We are currently beginning talks with both the Lensic Theatre in Santa Fe and the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque on options for future performances. We are also working with them on managing those who have purchased tickets. We will reach out to current season and individual ticket holders on options as soon as we know more.
We will share details of the rescheduling of UNBREAKABLE as they emerge. Stay tuned to our social media and emails for further details.
Thank you to all who have supported us throughout our 39 years. One of the numbers in UNBREAKABLE is called “Survivors.” That we are. Together, we will weather this storm.
Take care.

What are people saying about NMGMC?
I recently moved to ABQ from San Diego, CA and I was pleasantly surprised at the depth & talent of this small Chorus. Outstanding!
It is a pleasure to bring friends -- straight friends who enjoy themselves and often return with us.
Congrats to you on your 35th year and your many accomplishments! Friends and I have enjoyed your concerts in the last few years in Santa Fe. And I know your contribution is far and wide to our community throughout New Mexico - I’m from Taos. Keep on keeping on and all the best to you! -- Tim
We are new to NM. Attending these concerts has been a good start to becoming more involved with GLBT community.
